On Friday night my friend Oli got a call on his mobile phone. He didn't
recognise the number. It was Richard Branson. He was ringing to say
that his letter of complaint had made his family cry with laughter (he
read it out over the diner table that
night)
. He went on to apologise about the food Oli had had on the Virgin
plane and furthermore, his wife was going to send Oli something in the
post to compensate.
